Today we are going to talk about some of the key towns around Orlando in Orange County and Seminole county that you can live in and consider moving to in Orlando Florida.

While this may not be a complete list this is a great starting point when looking at Todd communities around Orlando that could potentially fit your needs and are moving out here.  Also, all data discussed in this article was found on niche.com.

Doctor Phillips, Florida

By many this is considered to be the top town in Orange County to live in. but while many Rave about Doctor Phillips I want to let you know that it may not be perfect for everyone.

This town is not far from Disney World and many other attractions in Orlando. The average income in Dr. Phillips for the household is around $100,000, this only makes sense with the average home price being some of the highest in the county per capita.

one amazing thing about Doctor Phillips is that almost all the schools had at least a 4-star or more rating based on public test scores. There is a reason why so many families trying to get into this town because of the great quality of life and community that it provides.

The people that live here generally love the community and make sure they had the best they can give to their families. They also may enjoy living in a suburb life and are not concerned with having a large distance between Neighbors. you are also very Central to Orlando and not far from the airport and Disney world compared to other towns in the county.

Heathrow, Florida

Heathrow offers residents a dense suburban feel and most residents own their homes. Many retirees live in Heathrow Because it is such a great Community with high safety in relatively affordable housing compared to the rest of the county. Heathrow is technically in Seminole County but it's still on the outskirts of Orlando.

The one thing you'll find with Heathrow is that you are on the opposite side of Orlando to all of the theme parks and traffic, can create some very long travel times if you were quickly trying to cross Orange County.

You will be closer to Daytona Beach as your coast of choice so if you are someone who wants to be closer to Tampa this would not be the best place to live depending on your opinion of travel time.

Heathrow like most of these towns has a dense suburban feel and has a higher cost of living compared to farther outside the county. If you are a family with kiddos then this is another great option because schools here are amazing, to be honest almost all of these towns make the list because of great communities!
